What:
A park at the top of a 360 degree cliff section. You climb up with cement steps and a path. This is an old park. It use to have one of the best views of Spokane, but the surrounding pine trees have eclipsed that except for slits between. This park has a charm and flavor of its own. It used to be an Indian lookout.
Where:
Thirteenth Avenue and Stevens Street. Roads are so circuitous that it is a little challenging to even find this major intersection.
Cautions:
Would be dangerous in the dark
