What: On the beautiful view of the Columbia
River Gorge, a deli, gift shop, picnic grounds, sculpture gardens, art museum and peacocks
with large tails and calls that can be heard near a mile away. Sculptures by
Rodin,
American and European paintings, International chess sets, Native American artifacts,
Romanian Icons/Faberge artifacts, Theatre de la Mode French fashion miniatures, Queen
Marie of Romania royal regalia, and Samuel Hill memorabilia. It is on the Lewis &
Clark trail. Stonehenge replica is only a mile away. Open daily 9am-5pm from March 15
through November 15. I've had more fun at this museum than any other I've ever visited. Rock
art.
