Pallisades
is a group dedicated to protection of this area.
Where:
Take Greenwood west off of Government Way and stayto the right until you reach the top of the hill. Then look for the Pallisades Park signon the right. Follow the dirt road all the way north and it will make its quaint way backdown to Government Way again at location:
N 47º 40' 815" W117º 28' 939"
and that is where you look for the llamas and peacocks.
Cautions:
Do not try to go to this park on Fourth of Julyas it is packed with fireworks visitors and police.
